NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 6, 2026, and in the above-styled case in the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I, Kevin C. Karnes, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Lee County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at
www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m., on Thursday, the 7th day of May, 2026, the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
