NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed on April 2, 2026, and entered in Case No. 25-CC-8114 of the County Court in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Coves of Estero Bay Property Owners Association, Inc., is the Plaintiff and Rebecca A, Jenkins is the Defendant, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM on the 7th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 104, COVES OF ESTERO BAY II, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN INSTRUMENT NO. 2022000125569, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
