Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on March 27, 2026, in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the office of Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, shall sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
UNIT 304, CONCORD VILLAGE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM NO. 2, A CONDOMINIUM, ALL AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND FORMING A PART THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4124, PAGE 1237, AND ALL AMENDMENT THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. THE ABOVE DESCRIPTION INCLUDES, BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO, ALL APPURTENANCES TO THE CONDOMINIUM UNIT ABOVE DESCRIBED, INCLUDING THE UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.

at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on May 28, 2026, beginning at 10:00 AM.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
