NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 26th of March 2026, in Case No. 25-001358-CI, of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein, RESIDENTIAL INVESTMENT TRUST IV, is the Plaintiff. Final Judgment entered in favor of the Plaintiff, against Defendants, WHITE ACQ, LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company; JASON WHITE; COMMUNITY LAND TITLE INSURANCE AGENCY CORP; ANDREW SUPINA; ENVISION PROPERTY SERVICES, LLC; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2. Ken Burke Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk’s website for on-line auctions, at 10:00 AM on the 30th day of April 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
