YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Plaintiff instituted an action against you on December 9, 2025, to quiet title with respect to the lands situated at 12223 Tree Street, Pinellas Park, Florida 33773, which property is described as:
Lots 35 and 36, Block B, Tree Land Park, according to the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 30 at Pg. 6, Public records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Together with the mobile home thereon being a 1971 12’ x 60’ Malibou, I.D. No. 1190T and Florida Title No. 4279543, which mobile home is affixed to the said realty and is a part thereof, together with addition and fixtures.
Each defendant is required to serve written defenses to the complaint or petition on SeanCarlo Lopez, Esq.,. Plaintiff’s attorney, whose address is 700 7th Avenue North Saint Petersburg, Florida 33701, within sixty days after the first publication of this notice in a newspaper in Pinellas County, Florida, exclusive of the day of publication, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter. If a defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
Written defenses must be served ON OR BEFORE: 30 days from first publication.
