ROUTE 19; THENCE NORTH 93.0 FEET; THENCE EAST 414.13 FEET, MORE OR LESS, TO THE CENTER OF A BRANCH OF THE ANCLOTE RIVER; THENCE MEANDER SOUTHWESTERLY TO A POINT EAST OF THE POINT OF BEGINNING, THEN RUN N89 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 30 SECONDS WEST 365 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS AND EXCEPT A 40 FOOT ROAD RIGHT OF WAY BY OCCUPATION (BECKETT’S WAY), LESS AND EXCEPT THE FOLLOWING LEGAL DESCRIPTION: BEGIN 1043 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTH LINE OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 5, TOWNSHIP 27 SOUTH, RANGE 16 EAST, AND EAST R/W OF THE LINE OF US HIGHWAY #19, RUN THENCE N89 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 30 SECONDS E, 312.08 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EASTERLY LINE OF BECKETT’S WAY A 40 FOOT RIGHT-OF-WAY AS OCCUPIED AND THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE N89 DEGREES 31 MINUTES 30 SECONDS E, 102.05 FEET MORE OR LESS TO THE CENTER LINE OF A BRANCH OF THE ANCLOTE RIVER; THENCE MEANDER SOUTHWESTERLY TO A POINT; THENCE N64 DEGREES 41 MINUTES 59 SECONDS W, 82.23 FEET TO THE EASTERLY RIGHT-OF-WAY OF SAID 40 FOOT ROAD; THENCE N18 DEGREES 03 MINUTES 09 SECONDS E, ALONG SAID RIGHT-OF-WAY LINE 49.46 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
