NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
Lot 17-A, VILLAS OF BEACON GROVES, UNIT I, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 84, page 24, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 2245 Alden Lane, Unit A, Palm Harbor, Florida, 34683.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on May 7, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
