NOTICE OF BOARD MEMBER ATTENDANCE AT WORKSHOP
Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Florida Statutes §286.011 that two or more members of the Board of Supervisors (“Board”) of the Hunter’s Ridge Community Development District No. 1 (“District”) may be in attendance at an HOA Workshop on May 8, 2026 at 2:00 p.m., at Hunters Ridge Clubhouse, 100 Shadow Crossing Blvd, Ormond Beach, Florida 32174 for discussion regarding maintenance and repair responsibilities for Hunters Ridge Blvd and other related issues. The Workshop is not a meeting of the District and the members of the Board in attendance will not convene for purposes of taking action on matters of the District’s business, nor will those Board members discuss District business between themselves. Any facts being gathered may relate to some future action to be considered by the Board.
