Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 4/2/2026, in Case No.: 2025-CA-009057-O of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein ASSOCIATION RESOURCES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and OMAR LUCERO, et al., is/are the Defendant(s). Book 2522, Page 960, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 24, as amended in Condominium Plat Book 3, Page 135, Public Records of Orange, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
