NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 30, 2026 in Civil Case No. 11-2025-CA-002398-0001-01 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Naples, Florida, wherein NEW AMERICAN FUNDING, LLC FKA BROKER SOLUTIONS INC. DBA NEW AMERICAN FUNDING is Plaintiff and Brad Skelton, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, CRYSTAL K. KINZEL, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash on the 1st Floor of the Courthouse Annex in the Multipurpose Room in Customer Service, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7th day of May, 2026 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The West 75 feet of the East 150 feet of Tract 94, Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 25, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 7, Pages 13 and 14, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
