NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered on April 2, 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-000725 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein TH MSR HOLDINGS LLC, is Plaintiff, and MEHMET MURAT AKAY, MOTE RANCH HOMEOWNERS’ ASSOCIATION, INC., and AMERICAN EXPRESS NATIONAL BANK are Defendants, the Office of Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, Manatee County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 20th day of May 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 91, MOTE RANCH, VILLAGE 1, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 24, PAGE(S) 54 THROUGH 62, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 5833 CARRIAGE DR, SARASOTA, FL 34243
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
