NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated April 13, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. 2024-CA-000955 of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, NOT IN IT’S INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR CHNGE MORTGAGE TRUST 2023-2, is Plaintiff and FREDERICK PAUL GRIPPO; DAWN M. GRIPPO; LANDIS POOL SERVICE, INC; SAVANNA AT LAKEWOOD RANCH HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC are Defendant(s).

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
