NOTICE IS GIVEN that, pursuant to the Order or Final Judgment entered in this cause in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, Crystal K. Kinzel, the Clerk of Court for Collier County will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida, described as:
Lot 144, FAITH LANDING PHASE FOUR, according to the map or plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 63, Pages 11 and 12, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Commonly known as: 1377 Durso Court, Immokalee, FL 34142.
The sale is scheduled to take place at 11:00 a.m. in the First Floor Multi-Purpose Room in Customer Service of the Courthouse Annex at 3315 Tamiami Trail E., Naples, FL 34112 on May 14, 2026. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
