YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you for foreclosure of Plaintiff’s lien for such unpaid amounts due to the above-named Plaintiff for the following premises located in Manatee County, Florida:
Building No.7, Unit No.9, The Palms of Cortez, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded July 14, 2005, in OR Book 2038, Pages 5178-5309, as amended in OR Book 2041, Page 6955, together with all other exhibits and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Property Address: 4802 51st Street West, Apt. 709., Bradenton, FL 34210.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to this action on the Plaintiff’s attorney, Joseph A. Bare, Esq., Varnum, LLP, 4501 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 350, Naples, FL 34103, within thirty (30) days after the first date of publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
