NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 532025CA002674A000BA of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit, in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Truist Bank is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Jean M. Scrima a/k/a Jean Marie Scrima, Deceased; La Casa De Lake Wales Association, Inc.; Richard Leonard Sylvia a/k/a Richard L. Sylvia, as Personal Representative of the Estate of Jean M. Scrima a/k/a Jean Marie Scrima, Deceased; Noah Richard Brogen a/k/a Noah Bogan are the Defendants, that Stacy M. Butterfield, Polk County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.polk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 11th day of May, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
VILLA 211, BUILDING 3, LA CASA CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 1732, PAGE 1083, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1.38% INTEREST IN AND TO ALL THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF THE CONDOMINIUM AND TO THAT CERTAIN PARCEL OR PARCELS OF LAND DESCRIBED AS PARCEL 1, AS EXEMPLIFIED, REFERRED TO AND SET FORTH IN THE SURVEY WHICH IS SHOWN AS EXHIBIT I TO SAID DECLARATION; SAID LAND LYING AND BEING IN SECTION 13, TOWNSHIP 30 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
