NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 7, 2026 entered in Civil Case No. of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST XIA is Plaintiff and JACQUE A. KAUNE A/K/A JACQUE KAUNE; STEPHANIE ADAMS; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JACQUE A. KAUNE A/K/A JACQUE KAUNE; PARK RIDGE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants.
The Clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, CPA will sell to the highest bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the prescribed date at www.polk.realforeclose.com on the 22nd day of May, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. The Court, in its discretion, may enlarge the time of the sale. Notice of the changed time of sale shall be published as provided herein.
