LESS Begin at the SW corner of said Lot 77; said point also being a point on a curve concave to the NW having a radius of 120.00 feet and a chord bearing of N 25˚ 06’55” East; thence Northeasterly along the arc of said curve and the Easterly right-of-way line of Silver Re Drive according to said “Silver Lakes Replat” a distance of 0.24 feet through a central angle of 00˚ 06’49”, thence departing said curve and said right-of-way line, South 53˚ 35’29” East 1.22 feet; thence North 64˚ 49’40” West, along the Southerly line of said Lot 77, a dance of 1.2 feet to the POB.
