SARASOTA COUNTY AGRICULTURAL FAIR ASSOCIATION “REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS” FOR DESIGN/BUILD OF NEW AGRICULTURAL EVENT CENTER.
On behalf of the Sarasota County Agricultural Fair Association Inc. (SCAFA), the Board of Directors of SCAFA is seeking qualified Design Build (DB) Teams to provide the programming, design, permitting, and construction for a New Agricultural Event Center (the Center) for Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).

Packets will not be available electronically and may be picked up at the SCAFA office during normal business hours (M, T, Th, F between 9am and 4pm).

There will be a mandatory pre-submittal conference for this project held at 1;00 pm on May 5, 2026 in the Sarasota Fair Office Building located at 3000 Ringling Blvd., Sarasota, FL 34237.

Qualifications will be received until the hour of 1:00 pm, 5/12/2026 at the Sarasota Fair Office Building, 3000 Ringling Blvd, Sarasota, FL 34237 and must be delivered in person by a representative of the Design Build Team.
