YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action has been filed against you in Sarasota County, Florida, by Bank of America, N.A. , as Trustee of the Arthur P. Jentoft Revocable Trust, u/a/d August 30, 1994, as Amended and Restated, and of the Jentoft Family Trust created thereunder, (together, the “Trusts”), for a determination by the Court regarding the proper beneficiary of the assets of the Trusts, and to construe a term of the Revocable Trust. The action is pending in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida and is styled pursuant to the caption set forth above.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action upon Bonnie Lee A. Polk, Williams Parker Harrison Dietz & Getzen, Attorneys for the Plaintiff, whose address is 50 Central Ave., Eighth Floor, Sarasota, Florida 34235, on or before a date not less than 28 days or more than 60 days after the first publication of this notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff’s attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
