Plaintiff, vs.
JOY LYNN STRIEPE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JOY LYNN STRIEPE; TENANT OR OCCUPANT #1, AS UNKNOWN TENANT OR OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION; and TENANT OR OCCUPANT #2, AS UNKNOWN TENANT OR OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION

To: JOY LYNN STRIEPE; TENANT OR OCCUPANT #1, AS UNKNOWN TENANT OR OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION; and TENANT OR OCCUPANT #2, AS UNKNOWN TENANT OR OCCUPANT IN POSSESSION, and all others whom it may concern:
The property herein described is as follows:
Condominium Unit 24, WOODSIDE SOUTH, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1247, Page 305 through 344, inclusive, as amended from time to time, and Condominium Book 11, Pages 7, 7A through 7E, inclusive, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
With an address of 2302 Lark Lane, #24, Sarasota, Florida 34231 (hereinafter referred to as “the property”).
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that a Complaint to foreclose a claim of lien has been filed and commenced in this court by the Plaintiff, WOODSIDE SOUTH CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Michelle A. Rowe, Esquire, attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is Lobeck & Rowe, PA, 2033 Main Street, Suite 403, Sarasota, Florida 34237, and file the original with the clerk of the above-styled court within thirty (30) days from the first date of publication; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief prayed for in the Complaint or Petition.
This Notice shall be published once each week for two consecutive weeks in the BUSINESS OBSERVER SARASOTA EDITION.
