Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure entered April 15, 2026, in case number 2025CA-005680 in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota, Florida, wherein SOUTHSTATE BANK, N.A. is Plaintiff, and DONNA PRATT f/k/a DONNA LOFFMAN, individually, DONNA PRATT f/k/a DONNA LOFFMAN as Trustee of the Christopher Lesniak Trust, DONNA PRATT f/k/a DONNA LOFFMAN as Independent Executor of the Estate of Christopher Allan Lesniak, Deceased, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DONNA PRATT a/k/a DONNA LOFFMAN, THE PALMER CLUB AT PRESTANCIA CONDOMINIUM NO. 1 ASSOCIATION, INC. a Florida not for profit corporation, PALMER RANCH MASTER PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, THE PALMER CLUB AT PRESTANCIA NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., a Florida not for profit corporation, and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION, are Defendants, the Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 a.m. on the 2nd day of June, 2026, the following described real as set forth in said final judgment, to wit:

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
