NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment and/or Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale, entered in Case No. 25-CA-005002 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Raymond Green Jr. a/k/a Raymond Henry Green Jr., Deceased; Raymond Henry Green III a/k/a Raymond Henry Green; Roman Joseph Green a/k/a Roman J. Green; India Faith Green; R.J.G., a minor child by and through parent and natural guardian Marquita Green a/k/a Marquita Nichole Green; United States
of America on behalf of the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development; Marquita Green a/k/a Marquita Nichole Green are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.lee.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the May 14, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
