Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the final judgment of foreclosure in the above-styled case on April 2, 2026, that the Marion County, Florida Clerk of Court will sell the following described property in Lee County, Florida and Marion County, Florida:

The Clerk of the Courts shall conduct the sale online at marion.realforeclose.com on May 7, 2026, at 11:00 A.M., to the highest bidder for cash, pursuant to the terms of the final judgment of foreclosure, and in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the
date of the lis pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
