NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed April 9, 2026, entered in Civil Case No. 25-CA-004873 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court, Brandi Clerk of Court of Lee County, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.real foreclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on 28th day of May, 2026 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Lots 27-28, Block 95 of that certain subdivision known as Fort Myers Shores Unit No. 6, according to the map or plat thereof on file and recorded int he Office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court in Plat Book 17, Pages 75-79 inclusive of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
