Unit Week 3 in Condominium Parcel 7 (A/K/A UNIT 1007), of PLANTATION BEACH CLUB I, PHASE A, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1413 at Page 264 in the Public Records of Lee County Florida and all amendments thereto, if any. Amended in Official Records Book 1513 at Page 1925, Public records of Lee County, Florida.
pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Floridat Statutes, Section 45.031.
