Unit Week No. 34, in Condominium Parcel No. 189, of CASA YBEL BEACH AND RACQUET CLUB, PHASE H, a condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Records Book 1385, Page 50, in the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.

pursuant to the Final Judgment of Lien Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court in the above-styled cause.
