NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 26, 2026 in Civil Case No. 25-CA-005423 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, wherein LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and Jeremy Reed, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, Kevin C. Karnes, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on May 14 2026 at 9:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North 100 feet of the South 1,869 feet of the East 150 feet of the West 175 feet of the East one-half of the East one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of Section 29, Township 45 South, Range 24 East; Together with an easement for roadway purposes over and along that part of the West 25 feet of the East one-half of the East one-half of the Southwest one-quarter of said Section 29, extending from the South line of the parcel hereby conveyed to the South right-of-way of State Road No. 867 (McGregor Boulevard); Being Lot 3 of Deep Lagoon Heights, unrecorded.
