NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell all the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:

Book 3331, Pages 25-101, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 5, Pages 64-70, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida. With the following street address: 4520 Overlook Dr. NE, #129, St. Petersburg, Florida, 33703.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on June 4, 2026.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, must file a claim with the Clerk no later than the date that the Clerk reports the funds as unclaimed.
