NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 9, 2026, in Case No. 2025-CA-003588 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, TH MSR HOLDINGS LLC, is Plaintiff, and STEPHANIE HOSCH and FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO. 7 ASSOCIATION, INC, are Defendants, the Office of Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 19th day of May 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 101 OF FOX CHASE WEST CONDOMINIUM NO. 7, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 6171, PAGE(S) 673, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, TOGETHER WITH ITS UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
