NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 20, 2026 and entered in Case No. 2025-CA-008702-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION is Plaintiff, and CAROL ANN MCNAUGHTEN, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA and UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF THE U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT, are Defendants, the Office of Tiffany Moore Russell, Esq., Orange County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 A.M. on the 28th day of May 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031(10), Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, FICQUETTE - THORNAL SUBDIVISION NO. 2, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK V, PAGE(S) 59, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
