NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated April 13, 2026, and entered in Case No. 482025CA003389A001OX of the Circuit Court in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR FFMLT TRUST 2006-FF6, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-FF6 is Plaintiff and KENTON A. STOTTLEMYER A/K/A KENTON ANDREW STOTTLEMYER; XINYU STOTTLEMYER A/K/A XINYU QIN; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR FIRST FRANKLIN A DIVISION OF NAT. CITY BANK OF IN; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF KENTON A.
