Decedent/settlor, Frank C Taylor, date of birth September 18, 1941, who died March 17, 2026, who was a resident of Naples in Collier County. No probate estate is currently anticipated for the decedent. Creditors of the decedent are notified that all claims against the Frank C Taylor Irrevocable Trust dated January 16, 2001, restated April 11, 2006, further restated September 8, 2010, amended November 28, 2011 and further amended August 23, 2017 will be forever barred unless presented to Greenleaf Trust, Successor Trustee of Frank C Taylor Irrevocable Trust, within four months after the date of publication of this notice.
