NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 5, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025CA000389000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Onslow Bay Financial LLC, is Plaintiff and Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming an interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Sylvia S. Parker, deceased; Josh Parker; Association of Poinciana Villages, Inc.; Tuscany Preserve Community Association, Inc., are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk, Polk County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at www.polk. realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on the 5th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 64, TUSCANY PRESERVE PHASE 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 150, PAGE(S) 15 THROUGH 18, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1126 Chervil Drive, Poinciana, Florida 34759
and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
