The Clerk of the Court, KAREN E. RUSHING, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on June 16, 2026 at 9:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 149 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY: BEGIN AT THE SW CORNER OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 36 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST; THENCE NORTHERLY ALONG THE 1/4 SECTION LINE 180 FEET FOR A POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE NORTHERLY ON SAID LINE 86.4 FEET; THENCE E. AND PARALLEL TO THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID SW 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4, 515.6 FEET; THENCE SOUTH AND PARALLEL TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE SE 1/4, 86.4 FEET; THENCE WEST 515.9 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; LESS THE WEST 25 FEET FOR ROAD EASEMENT AND SOUTH 20 FEET FOR ROAD EASEMENT, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
