NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 15, 2026, entered in Civil Case No.: 2025 CA 005228 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, AS SUCCESSOR-IN-INTEREST TO U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR RESIDENTIAL ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, HOME EQUITY MORTGAGE ASSET-BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-KS9, Plaintiff, and DOROTHY MAE BOWENS A/K/A DOROTHY BOWENS; CITY OF SARASOTA, FLORIDA, are Defendants.
KAREN E. RUSHING, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 13th day of August, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 14 AND THE EASTERLY 14.00 FEET OF LOT 13, BLOCK B, SEVILLA SUBDIVISION, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 103 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
