Burk aka James Lee Burk, deceased ,Florida Housing Finance Corporation, Tahitian Gardens Condominium, Incorporated, Sean Michael Burk, Chevaun Matthews, are defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00 am on the May 28, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
