Cooklish a/k/a Robert John Cooklish, Deceased; Emily Dawn McDaniel; Avalynn Grace Baucom; Julie Anne Thompson a/k/a Julie A. Thompson a/k/a Julie Anne Wernicke; Brian Richard Cooklish a/k/a Brian R. Cooklish; Scott R. Cooklish; Carol Ann Thomas a/k/a Carol A. Thomas a/k/a Carol Cooklish Tabine a/k/a Carol C. Tabine a/k/a Carol Ann Tabine a/k/a Carol Ann Cooklish are the Defendants, that Nikki Alvarez-Sowles, Pasco County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at, www.pasco.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on the 9th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
