NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 28, 2026, and the Amended Order Resetting Foreclosure Sale entered in Case No. 22-CC-3990 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, in which PARTHENON RESTORATION & REMODELING, INC., a Florida profit corporation, is Plaintiff and RICHARD BLATT is Defendant, the Pasco County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, Pasco County, Florida, on June 8, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Lot 22, Block 23, FLOR-A-MAR, Section 15-A, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 12 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
