and commonly known as: 205 PORTIA ST S, NOKOMIS, FL 34275; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, on June 2, 2026 at 9:00 A.M..
