NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 16, 2026 in Case No.: 2025 CA 004542 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein AMERIHOME MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC is Plaintiff, and, ALBERT J. OLIVER is Defendant, the Office of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 A.M. on-line at https://sarasota.realforeclose.com on the 2nd day of June 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 19, BLOCK “D”, OF SUNNYBROOK ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 179, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Also known as 1388 43RD ST, SARASOTA, FL 34234 (the “Property”).
together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
