NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated April 14, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 004004 NC of the Circuit Court of the 12TH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY as Trustee for INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES Series 2005-AR1, is Plaintiff and John P. Vedral a/k/a John Vedral; Unknown Spouse of John P. Vedral a/k/a John Vedral; Sarasota County, Florida, are Defendants, the Office of the Clerk of Karen E. Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of the Court will sell via online auction at https://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com/ at 9:00 a.m. on the 15th day of June, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOTS 3039 AND 3040, SOUTH VENICE, UNIT 10, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 46, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff’s mortgage.
