NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated April 16, 2026, and entered in Case No. 2025 CA 004436 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida. LAKEVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and ELLINA VERATTI; V-PROJECT LLC, are defendants. Karen E. Rushing, Clerk of the Circuit Court for SARASOTA County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m., on the 21ST day of MAY, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
