NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant and the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on April 16, 2026, in Case No. 24-CA-007284 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein FREEDOM MORTGAGE CORPORATION, is Plaintiff, and STEVEN PERALTA, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF STEVEN PERALTA, UNKNOWN TENANT #1, and UNKNOWN TENANT #2, are Defendants, the Office of Victor D. Crist, Hillsborough County Clerk of the Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 A.M. on the 13th day of May, 2026, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, BLOCK 21, MAP OF CAMPOBELLO, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 29, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

together with all existing or subsequently erected or affixed buildings, improvements and fixtures.
