NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed January 8, 2026 and entered in Case No. 16-CA-001678, of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and JOAN M. MARMARELLIS; CHARLES J. FAGER; UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; PILOT BANK; are defendants. VICTOR CRIST, the Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.HILLSBOROUGH. REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 10:00 A.M., on May 15, 2026, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 55 FEET OF LOT 24 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF LOT 25, BLOCK 11, MORRISON GROVE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 54, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
This notice is provided pursuant to Administrative Order No. 2.065.
