NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered March 11, 2026 in Civil Case No. 18-CA-003218 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE FOR THE RMAC TRUST, SERIES 2016-CTT is Plaintiff and Bruce A. McPherson a/k/a Bruce McPherson a/k/a Bruce Allen McPherson, et al., are Defendants, the Clerk of Court, VICTOR D. CRIST, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.Hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 14th day of May, 2026 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Lot 296, MAP OF RUSKIN CITY, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 75, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
