NOTICE OF PUBLIC WORKSHOP
COVINGTON PARK COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT

The Board of Supervisors of the Covington Park Community Development District will hold a workshop of the Board of Supervisors on Thursday, May 14, 2026, at 6:00 p.m. at the Covington Park Clubhouse, located at 6806 Covington Garden Drive, Apollo Beach, FL 33572. The purpose of the workshop is to consider organizational matters related to the District and any other business which may properly come before it.

The workshop will be open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida law for community development districts. The workshop may be continued in progress without additional published notice to a time, date and location stated on the record at the workshop.

A copy of the agenda for the workshop can be obtained from the District Office located at 2700 S. Falkenburg Road, Suite 2745, Riverview, FL 33578 or by phone at (813) 533-2950 purpose of the agenda for the workshop. The workshop is open to the public and will be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Florida Law for Community Development Districts. There may be occasions when one or more Supervisors will participate by telephone. The workshop may be continued in progress without additional notice to a time, date and location stated on the record.

Pursuant to provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act, any person requiring special accommodations to participate in this workshop is asked to advise the District Office at (813) 933-5571, at least 48 hours before the workshop. A person who decides to appeal any decision made by the Board with respect to any matter considered at the workshop is advised that this same person will need a record of the proceedings and that accordingly, the person may need to ensure that a verbatim record of the proceedings is made, including the testimony and evidence upon which the appeal is to be based.
