I will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.lee.realforeclose.com, at 9:00 AM, on the 16th day of July, 2026, the following described real property as set forth in said Judgment, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 66, LEHIGH ACRES, UNIT 12, SECTION 22, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 27 EAST, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 18, PAGE 84, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk before the clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed. If you fail to file a timely claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After the funds are reported as unclaimed, only the owner of record as of the date of the Lis Pendens may claim the surplus.
