Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment filed the 15th day of April, 2026, and entered in Case No. 26-CC-005217 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein CORKSCREW WOODLANDS ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and KAREN M. DEVAN and CHARLES W. DEVAN, II are the Defendants. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on JUNE 25, 2026 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to-wit:
Lot No. 18, Block No. L, CORKSCREW WOODLANDS, Phase Two, Section A, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 35, Page 96 through 102, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031 before the Clerk reports the surplus as unclaimed.
