DAVIS, JR., DECEASED, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com on May 21, 2026 at 9:00am, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PARCEL/UNIT OF LAND IN LEE COUNTY, STATE OF FL AS MORE FULLY DESCRIBED IN OR BOOK 3044 PAGE 3286 ID # 24-43-24-03-00018. 0440, BEING KNOWN AND DESIGNATED AS LOT 44, BLOCK 18 SUNCOAST ESTATE SUBDIVISION, FILED IN OR BOOK 566, PAGE 8.
and commonly known as: 8345 SUNCOAST DRIVE NORTH, FT MYERS, FL 33917 (the “Property”).
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim in accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 45.031.
