NOTICE OF SALE PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 45 IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Other Relief dated April 14, 2026, issued in and for Lee County, Florida, in Case No. 25-CA-003344, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS OWNER TRUSTEE FOR LEGACY MORTGAGE ASSET TRUST 2024-INV1 is the Plaintiff, and HERNANDEZ, MEDEROS & ASSOCIATES, INC., A FLORIDA CORPORATION, JOBEZ CONSTRUCTION LLC, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A MERTA RODRIGUEZ and UNKNOWN TENANT #2 N/K/A ROBERTO LORENZO are the Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, KEVIN KARNES, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, on June 4, 2026, at electronic sale beginning at 9:00 AM, at www.lee.realforeclose.com the following-described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure and Other Relief, to wit:
